Good perfume shouldn't have to be unaffordable.
That was what founder Erdinc Acar thought when luxury perfume became unattainable for most people around him. So he began to make what he couldn't find himself: extrait de parfum that lasts a long time, made in the Netherlands, for a price that makes sense.

How it started
From six years of collaborating to something of one's own
For six years, Erdinc Acar worked side by side with his brother. He learned a lot there, but eventually wanted to build something of his own.
One thing kept bothering him. High-quality, exclusive perfumes were becoming increasingly expensive, and for many people around him, a luxury fragrance was simply no longer an option. Erdinc wanted an alternative that was accessible, without compromising significantly on quality or longevity.
At the end of 2023, that became PerfumeBey. Never with the goal of selling the cheapest perfume, but with the goal of creating a perfume that is worth its price.
I want people to get a fragrance that makes them feel it is truly worth what they paid for it.
This is how we make it
No resale. In-house production in the Netherlands.
We do not buy ready-made perfume to put our own label on. From formula to bottle, we do it ourselves, in the Netherlands.
Custom formulas
Every scent starts with a formula that we compose ourselves, on one fixed base that all our perfumes share. The perfume oils and raw materials come from specialized suppliers.
Self-mixed
We blend every fragrance ourselves, as an extrait de parfum with 40 to 45% perfume oil. That is more scent per spray than with a standard eau de parfum.
Time to mature
After mixing, we let the perfume mature. This gives the fragrance time to settle before it goes into the bottle.
Filled and tested
We bottle and test our fragrances ourselves on different types of fabric. Because we manage everything in-house, we can continue to improve a formula.
Why extrait de parfum
More oil in the bottle, lasts longer on your clothes
How long a perfume lasts depends primarily on the amount of perfume oil it contains. An eau de toilette or eau de parfum contains less of it. Our perfumes are extrait de parfum, with 40 to 45% perfume oil.
You will notice this by how little you need, and by how long the scent lingers in your clothing. That is precisely why we dare to offer a guarantee on it.
