At PerfumeBey, we fully stand behind the quality of our Extrait de Parfum. That is why we offer a 2-day performance guarantee on clothing.

Our Guarantee

If the fragrance does not last at least 2 days on clothing under normal use, you are entitled to our money-back guarantee.

How Does It Work?

1. Contact our customer service and report your complaint.
2. We will ask you to return the perfume to us so we can investigate it.
3. During the investigation, we will extensively test the perfume and record the entire process. If desired, you will receive visual material so you can see exactly how the test was conducted.
4. The investigation will take a maximum of 7 business days after receipt of your return.

Outcome of the Investigation

The perfume does not meet our performance guarantee

If our test shows that the perfume indeed does not last at least 2 days on clothing, you will receive:

• A full refund of your order.
• Reimbursement of the return shipping costs you paid.

The perfume does meet our performance guarantee

If our investigation shows that the perfume performs as promised, the return will not be refunded. In that case:

• The return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
• The shipping costs we incurred for processing and returning the product will also be at your expense.

Important

• The guarantee applies only under normal use of the perfume.
• The perfume must not have been intentionally diluted, altered, or damaged.
• Each guarantee claim will be assessed individually to ensure fair and transparent handling.
